professional technical personnel, accounting for approximately 20% of the total number of
employees in the company. Among them, there are 4 people with senior professional titles, 2
people with doctoral degrees, and 3 people with master's degrees.
In order to encourage original innovation, protect independent intellectual property rights,
further stimulate the enthusiasm of R&D personnel for invention and technological
innovation, improve R&D level, and promote scientific and technological progress, the

management, and a dedicated person is responsible for the daily work of the company's
